Mix Instructions :

Preparation fixing bath

1. Pour out fixer concentrate into the fixing tank.

2. Fill the empty bottle with water ( 20 – 23 °C ) and fill up the fixing tank to the final volume.

3. Stir the ready to use solution thoroughly.

Preparation developer:

1. Pour out developer concentrate into the developing tank.

2. Fill the empty bottle with water ( 20 – 23 °C ) and fill up the developing tank to the final volume.

3. Stir the ready to use solution thoroughly.


Manual Processing :

Preparation of ready to use developer and fixer solution from concentrate :

0,5 l concentrate + 1,25 l water = 1,75 l developer or ( dilution rate 1 + 2,5 )

Replenishment :

When required fill up the respective tank of the immersion developing machine with water to the final volume – at least once a week !

Processing Conditions :

Attention ! Because of the X – ray acceptance inspection the temperature of the processing bathes should be about 24 °C

Durability and Utilization Capacity of the Bathes :

With a machine filling the developing of dental films is possible about 2 weeks . Fresh preparation is necessary after 2 weeks at the latest – also at low throughput . At the manual processing the ready for use bathes can be used until the activity has gone out.

Watering Tank:

To get perfect X – ray films with ability for archiving , the washing water has to be changed twice a week.

Storage and Handling:

 Until the preparation DENTAMAT 500 has to be kept in the closed original package and stored at temperatures of 10 to 25 ° C

 all users of photographic processing solutions should exercise the greatest care to avoid the chemicals contacting the skin or eyes. Always wear solution resistant gloves.

 the disposal of used photographic processing solutions has to be occured in accordance with the legal regulations
