ظهور و ثبوت فیلم اشعه x اکسپوز شده سبب می شود که فیلم در ناحیه اکسپوز شده تیره گردد. درجه و الگوي تیره شدن فیلم به عوامل زیادي وابسته است از جمله، انرژي و شدت پرتو اشعه x ،ساختار جسم تصویر شده، امولسیون مورد استفاده در فیلم و ویژگی هاي ظهور و ثبوت فیلم زمانی که یک فیلم توسط پرتو اشعۀ x اکسپوز می شود و سپس تحت ظهور و ثبوت قرار می گیرد. کریستال هاي هالید نقره موجود در امولسیون که با فوتون ها برخورد داشته اند به ذرات نقره فلزي تبدیل می شوند. این ذرات نقره از انتقال نور ممانعت کرده و ظاهر تیره به فیلم می بخشد. درجه کلی تیرگی یک فیلم اکسپوز شده دلالت بر دانسیتۀ رادیوگرافی دارد.
دانسیتۀ یک رادیوگراف تحت تأثیر اکسپوژر، ضخامت و دانسیتۀ جسم می باشد. دانسیتۀ کلی فیلم به تعداد فوتونهاي جذب شده توسط امولسیون فیلم بستگی دارد.

The main purpose of the emergence stage is to turn the hidden image into a visible image. For this purpose, the silver halide grains in the film that are irradiated are converted to metallic silver.

Proof stage:

The purpose of this step is to fix the image and wash the silver halides and stabilize as well as stop the action of the emergence drug absorbed in the emulsion.

Description :

DENTAMAT 500 is a dental film-developing set ( developer and fixer ) for developing of
dental films in immersion developing machines ( Clarimat Universal, Standard, Dry-O-Mat,
Girardelli X-3 and X-3D a.o. ).
The concentrates secure optimal processing and ability for archiving of the dental films .
The manual processing in dish or tank is also possible .
Developer- and fixer concentrates are one – part .
Mix Instructions :
preparation fixing bath:
1. Pour out fixer concentrate into the fixing tank .
2. Fill the empty bottle with water ( 20 – 23 °C ) and fill up the fixing tank to the final volume .
3. Stir the ready to use solution thoroughly .
preparation developer :
1. Pour out developer concentrate into the developing tank .
2. Fill the empty bottle with water ( 20 – 23 °C ) and fill up the developing tank to the final volume .
3. Stir the ready to use solution thoroughly .
Manual Processing :

Preparation of ready to use developer and fixer solution from concentrate :
0,5 l concentrate + 1,25 l water = 1,75 l developer or fixer
( dilution rate 1 + 2,5 )
Replenishment :
When required fill up the respective tank of the immersion developing machine with water to the
final volume – at least once a week !
