One of the important characteristics that indicates health or heart disease is the way this system works. There are different ways to study how this system works. One of the oldest and most widely used ways to study the propagation of electrical signals resulting from electrical function of the heart was studied and measured by sampling how this signal is propagated in different regions of the body.
An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a curve of heart activity recorded by a device called an electrocardiograph. This device has electrodes that can receive electrical messages of heart contraction by installing on certain areas of the skin and record on paper.
In standard electrocardiofection, 12 different types of tapes are taken automatically or manually. In any particular wire, electricity is received to finally remove a complete view of the heart. The first 6 strips are responsible for recording leads from the hands and feet, and the second 6 are related to the front cardiac wires.
Electrocardiogram Leads:
In electrocardiography, a pair of electrodes, known as lead, is used and usually the ECG signal is harvested from several different leads. In clinical records, a total of 12 leads are recorded as ECG registrations of the patient’s body, including lead Ι and ΙΙ, ΙΙΙ the main leads and pectoral leads V1 to V6, as well as AVF, AVR and AVL, single polar leads.
